Do I need an account to use K MANGA?

No, you don't. You can enjoy all the free serialized manga K MANGA has to offer without an account!
However, you'll need an account, which is free to create, if you wish to purchase manga on K MANGA or use Tickets.

How can I purchase manga?

You can purchase manga on K MANGA with Points.
After you've created your account and logged in, you can search for the title you wish to purchase and click "Purchase with ○ Points".
You can also purchase individual chapters.

Where can I view my Points?

To view details regarding your Points, go to My Page.

How do I purchase Points?

To purchase Points, go to My Page ⇒ Account Info ⇒ Total Points and click "Purchase Points".

 ■Restart your device/browser

■Create Account/Log in/Delete Account

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click "Log in/Create Account" located at the top-right of the Home page, and then click "Create Account".
After you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the registration process.
Once you click the link in the email to confirm your password, you're all set to start reading!
If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check that the email address you registered with is correct.
If you've double-checked your email address and still haven't received the email, please resubmit your information with another email address.
If the problem persists after trying the above, please contact us via the "Contact Us" located at the bottom of every page.

How do I log in?

To log in, click "Log in/Create Account" located at the top-right of the Home page ⇒ Log in.

I forgot my password.

To reset your password, click "Log in/Create Account" located at the top-right of the Home page ⇒ Log in ⇒ Forgot Password.
Please note that you must have a linked email address to reset your password.

I want to change my email address.

To change your email address, go to My Page ⇒ Account Info ⇒ Change email address.
You must enter your password to change your email address.
Please note that you must be logged in to your account to change your email address.

I want to change my password.

To change your password, go to My Page ⇒ Account Info ⇒ Change password.
You must have a linked email address to change your password.

How do I log out?

To log out, go to My Page ⇒ Account Info and click "Log out".

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please click "Contact Us" located at the bottom of every page, select "Services" as the category of your inquiry, and write that you wish to delete your account in the "Your Inquiry:" section.

How often is the free serialized manga updated?

The schedule varies by title, but there are many titles that update every day!

Can I purchase physical volumes on K Manga?

Please be aware that K MANGA is an e-bookstore and we do not distribute physical volumes of manga.

Can I share my manga with other people?

You cannot share manga you've purchased, but you can share the link to the manga on X, LINE, and other social media sites.

Can I purchase manga to send to people as gifts?

No, this is not a service we currently offer.

Can I return the manga that I've purchased and get a refund?

No, you cannot return the manga that has been purchased.

How do I read the free serialized manga on the iOS/Android app?

① Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
② Launch the app and start reading! You don't need to create an account to read the free serialized manga.

How do I read my purchased titles on the iOS/Android app?

① Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
② Launch the app.
③ Log in to the account you used to purchase titles/chapters and tap Purchased Titles to view.

Can I read the manga I purchased from another e-bookstore?

You can only read titles purchased on K MANGA.

Please note that service for the browser version of K MANGA is only available in the United States and Japan.

■About Tickets

What are Tickets?

Tickets can be used on applicable chapters and allow you to read those chapters for a limited time without spending Points.
Ticket-eligible chapters vary by title and are changed periodically.
If the allotted period of time to read the chapter expires, you must purchase it with Points to read it again.
There are two types of Tickets: Title Tickets, which can only be used for their respective titles, and Premium Tickets, which can be used for any title.

<Title Ticket>
These Tickets are distributed for each title and charge over a period of time.
The maximum number of Tickets you can have and the charge time required for the Ticket varies by title.
Please tap the question mark in the details of each title for more information.
You can find the Ticket's charge status in the details at the top of each title.
For a limited time, the time required for a Title Ticket to charge may be reduced.

<Premium Ticket>
Premium Tickets are special Tickets that can be used for any title and are obtained from Login Bonuses.
You can find the number of Premium Tickets you have on My Page.

*Please be aware that Title Tickets or Premium Tickets may not usable for some titles or chapters.
*Both types of Tickets may only be used to read from the oldest available chapter.

How do I use a Ticket?

In the list of chapters for a title, a Ticket mark will denote what chapters are eligible to be read with a Ticket.
Select the chapter you wish to read and use a Title Ticket or a Premium Ticket.
*Tickets may only be used to read from the oldest available chapter.

■Account

Can I use the same account for the app and the web version?

Yes, you can use the same K Manga account for both the app and the web version.
Once you log in to your account, you can start reading the titles/chapters you purchased on the app!
*Points purchased on the app, may not be used on the web version and vice versa.

Can I merge my user data from the web version with the app?

No, you cannot merge user data from multiple accounts.
If you have already created an account on the web version and also use the app, logging in to the app with that account will delete all user data stored on the app.
To preserve your user data on the app, please create an account on the app.

■Tickets

Can I use my Tickets on both the app and the web version?

Yes, you can. However, Tickets can only be used from the oldest chapter available on the web version.

■Points

Can I use my Points on both the app and the web version?

You can use your Free Points on both the app and the web version.
*Points purchased on the app may not be used on the web version and vice versa.

■Login Bonus

Can I claim the Login Bonus on the web version?

Yes, you can. However, you can only claim it on either the app or the web version with the same account on the same day.

Comment Guidelines

Comments are meant to provide fan support for creators and their work.
Please read and follow the rules when commenting.

Comments which are deemed to violate the guidelines below may be deleted without previous notice.
The comment may be hidden from other users, and the account may be banned from the app or restricted from its features.

■Comments that disconcert other users.

Comments can be reported or muted using the hamburger menu on the top right.
Comments reported by multiple users may be deleted following review.
*Up to 100 may be muted. If this maximum is reached, the first muted will be unmuted.
