While on an outing to an amusement park with his family to celebrate his daughter’s middle school graduation, Shingo Asahina encounters a mysterious man covered in blood being pursued by some unsavory characters. On the spur of the moment, he gets on the Ferris wheel with the wounded man to shelter him.
